Well Fall is officially upon us, and with the cooler weather comes our next round of Maintenance Inspections. 

By now, all tenants who are scheduled for Inspections will have received notification of the date and time these are to take place.

As always, if you are having any problems with your home, please be sure to contact us, either through the Service Request Form on the website or by giving us a call at the office.

A few reminders for winter proofing your homes:

     ~ Remember to turn off your outside water taps to prevent freezing pipes

     ~ Be sure to change your furnace filters

     ~ Ensure all the doors in your home seal properly to avoid costly drafts.  If you notice a door is not sealing properly, be sure to give us a call.
